6. Our organisation is not responsible for any purchase or sale products.
7. Organisation is not responsible for any purchased return or sale return or damaged products.
8. The organisation may change the rules at any time, for any need, under any circumstances.
9. The decision of the organisation is final. Everyone should accept it.
10. Organisation may cancel the registration of any person at any time.
11. All have to upload their original data. If any false data is found, the ID will be deactivated immediately by the organisation.
12. Organisation is not responsible for any technological errors and any informational errors.
13. Organisation is not responsible for any false data. The full responsibility will be on the person whose information is found to be false.

15. Organisation may share your data as necessary for security purposes.
16. If any information of the organisation is shared with anyone else, the organisation will immediately take strict legal action against the person or group providing that information.
17. All commercial deals and financial investments are made by you consciously. Can't blame the organisation or any one else for that.
18. Any kind of organisation registration fee, business support fee or any other fee is nonrefundable.
19. Any trainee entrepreneur can upload his business project as an emerging entrepreneur after 3 months.
20. It is mandatory for all trainee entrepreneurs to upload their project information as emerging entrepreneurs within 8 months. If not, his ID cannot be uploaded as an emerging entrepreneur in the future.
21. Our organisation does not undertake to provide any investment to any emerging entrepreneur. Our organisation is only the the medium of communication with small investors.
22. If any ID does not do any work for 6 months after registration, its ID can be deactivated by the organisation. He will have reregistration again to work later.
23. The organisation has not verified the information of any individual or group. The organisation stores only the information provided by the the person or group.
24. You have to update your data on time to time.
25. You will pay the renewal fee every year on your date of registration. If 15 days pass from your date then additional 100/- Rupee's fine will be charged.
26. The company may change and cancel the date, time and place selected by you for consulting service as per requirement.
27. The consultation fee is nonrefundable if you cancel for any personal reason after registering for the consultation. Your full fee is refundable if the organisation cancels your scheduled consultation service for any reason.
28. The consultation fee must be paid before you receive the service.Otherwise your registration will be cancelled.
